Freon Air Cooler
The main forms are horizontal side blowing type and horizontal double air outlet type, which can be applied to indirect evaporation system (such as ethylene glycol, ice water system, etc.) and direct refrigeration freon system. Flanges are provided for ice water inlet and outlet cooler pipes.

1. Horizontal Side Blowing Freon Air Cooler
Freon air cooler series products, there are DFL type, DFD type, DFJ type three forms, mainly used for all kinds of small cold storage. DFL type: chip pitch 4.6mm, suitable for room temperature above -10°C; DFD type: film distance 6.0mm, suitable for room temperature -15~-20°C; DFJ type: film pitch 9.2mm, suitable for room temperature -25* C or less.

Air Cooler Features:
Ceiling structure. It does not occupy the practical area of the cold storage, and improves the utilization rate of the cold storage;

It dopts the latest structure of double-flanged turbulent aluminum fins and vacuum-annealed bright T2 copper tubes, which are tightly combined by mechanical expansion tubes, and the heat transfer effect is better;

The optimized design of the liquid separator and refrigeration pipeline process ensures that the cooling fan can operate efficiently under different working conditions;

The fans are professionally designed, the motors are closed, equipped with low-temperature grease inlet bearings, and do special three-proof It is safe and reliable to handle and use;

The standard defrosting device adopts electric heating defrosting, which has fast defrosting speed and complete defrosting, which is convenient for automatic control;

It can be designed as water defrosting according to customer requirements.

2. DFL(S) horizontal double-outlet  Freon Air Cooler
Air Cooler for Air Condition is mainly used in the air-conditioning system of high-grade food processing, selection and packaging workshops in aquatic products, fruit, meat products and other industries (room temperature -5~ 20C);

The horizontal side blowing air cooler is a flat and long structure, equipped with a small size and large number of low-noise external rotor fans, the air supply is uniform, the cooling speed is fast, and the operating electricity cost is saved;

Press-fit structure, equipped with low energy consumption, low noise external rotor fan, uniform and soft wind, beautiful appearance; copper tube aluminum fins, aluminum tube aluminum fins, stainless steel shell, in line with food hygiene requirements;
