Product characteristic:
  1. Image processing algorithms such as sub-pixel edge detection, automatic deburring and abnormal points removal, least squares regression are used to ensure the test accuracy;
  2. Without moving test platform, it could measure the imaging as a whole rapidly and accurately instead of using the conventional measurement method; with the characteristics of fast speed and high accuracy.
  3. The shape and direction of the sample can be automatically memorized without repeated positioning and the workpiece can be measured by pressing only one button after placement;
  4. It is suitable for batch measurement that the equipment will automatically measure after automatically  identifying multiple workpieces and test elements;
  5. The measurement values are recorded and output automatically, and then the statistics and analysis will be carried out to make sure the application of the test data is more convenient;
  6. With large aperture and high field depth, full field of view imaging is quite clear and distortion is low;
  7. It could improve operating efficiency, reduce labor costs and avoid human error;
  8. It could improve the measuring efficiency for greatly shortening the measuring time;
  9. The software uses advanced 20:1 sub-pixel image edge processing.
