Notes for blood pressure measurement
· Please go to the toilet in advance and make the measurement in a room with suitable temperature.
· Take off the sweater and other thick clothes before the measurement, measure with bare arms or wearing close-fitting thin cothes.
· Make sure the upper arm is measured at the same height as the heart and place the forearm at a natural extension with the palm of your hand flat on the table.

The wearing way of armband
1. Place the band over the left upper arm and place the rubber hose on the side of the forearm.
