Platte/Blech Aus Nickel-Legiertem Stahl
 

Merkmale von Hastelloy C276
1/ ausgezeichnete Korrosionsbeständigkeit in reduzierenden Umgebungen;
2/ außergewöhnliche Beständigkeit gegen starke Lösungen von oxidierenden Salzen, wie z.B. Eisen- und Kupferchloride;
3/ hoher Nickel- und Molybdängehalt, der gute Korrosionsbeständigkeit in reduzierenden Umgebungen bietet;
4/ niedriger Kohlenstoffgehalt, der die Korngrenze Karbid Niederschlag während des Schweißens minimiert, um Widerstand gegen Korrosion in wärmebetroffenen Zonen der Schweißverbindungen zu halten;
5/ Beständigkeit gegen örtlich begrenzte Korrosion wie Lochfraß und Spannungsrisskorrosion;
6/ eines der wenigen Materialien, das den korrosiven Wirkungen von nassem Chlorgas, Hypochlorit und Chlordioxid standhält;


Anwendung:  
Verwendet als Hochtemperatur-Komponenten, wie Turbinenschaufeln, Leitflügel, Turbinenscheiben, Hochdruckverdichtung oder Scheiben, Maschinenfertigung und Brennkammern bei der Herstellung von Luftfahrt-, Marine- und Industriegasturbinen verwendet.
