NF model is roller one-way clutch without bearing support. This type needs to be installed with bearings to prevent axial stress and radial stress. Users also need to provide grease supply and external oil seal. The standard lubrication method is to use oil lubrication.
The external dimensions are the same as the standard bearing dimensions.
The typical installation method is that NF model is placed beside the bearing, at the same position and with the same tolerance requirements.
The inner ring and workpiece shaft are installed by keyway. The dimensional tolerance of the outer ring is N6, which must be pressed into the wall of H7. The fixing groove on both sides of the outer ring is used to fix the outer ring and the wall to conduct the torque.
If the tolerance of the wall hole is K6, the fixing groove outside the outer ring is not needed, but the wall of the outer ring must be rigid enough to prevent the wall from deformation after the one-way clutch is tightened.
