Q1.How to confirm the Product Quality before placing orders?

A. Offering you our products specification standard (tested by HPLC, UV, GC and TLC etc.)
B. Free samples could be sent to check the product quality before ordering.
C. If you have special requirement on the product, we may customize it according to your requirement until to your approval.

Q2: Samples & MOQ

A. We could provide some free samples, but the shipping cost should be on the customers' account. You can either pay the shipping cost or arrange a courier
to collect the samples.
B. For the high value product, our MOQ starts from 1g and generally starts from 10g.For other low value product, our MOQ starts from 1kg.

Q3: How about delivery?

A: Delivery lead time: within 1-2 days when get the payment.
