Coated steel pipe   is the pipe based as the matrix melt spray or adsorption food-grade epoxy powder coating or PE raw materials at high temperature curing from new materials, through a special process in the wall.
Coated steel pipe is with excellent corrosion resistance and frictional resistance. Epoxy coated steel pipes is used for water supply and drainage, sea water, warm water, oil, gas and other medium of transportation, and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) coated steel pipe is for drainage, sea water, oil, gas and other medium of transportation.
Product features : The steel pipe is PE (modified polyethylene) hot dip or EP (epoxy) products both inside and outside coating with excellent corrosion resistance. The coating itself has a good electrical insulation and does not produce electrical erosion. Low water absorption, high mechanical strength, low coefficient of friction to achieve the purpose of long-term use. besides, effectively preventing the destruction of plant roots and soil environmental stress.
Inside and outside the coated steel pipe is dissolving layer melt in the pipe wall thickness 0.5 ~ 1.0mm polyethylene (PE) resin, ethylene - acrylic acid copolymer (EAA), epoxy (EP) powder, non-toxic polypropylene (PP) steel-plastic compound pipe, or non-toxic polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and other organic form, it not only has the high strength of steel pipes, easy to connect, resistance to water flow impact, but also to overcome the steel pipe water corrosion, contamination, scaling and plastic pipe strength is not high, and poor fire performance shortcomings of the design life of up to 50 years.
The main disadvantage   of not bending, thermal processing and welding cutting operation is to install the application manufacturer, the cut surface with some non-toxic room temperature curing adhesive brushing.
