Product Description

Conductive anti-Static PVC floor for semiconductor cleanroom is an electrostatically conductive network, which is formed by the interface of plastic particles. It ensures the permanent conductive properties of ESD flooring. The main materials of ESD flooring tiles are polyvinyl chloride resin, conductive materials, stabilizers, plasticizers, pigments, and other auxiliary materials. The pattern of an ESD flooring tile resembles a marble pattern, it has a good decorative effect.

Our Conductive anti-Static PVC floor for semiconductor cleanroom   is using "RHPP" technology in production, It is a physical method of rolling raw material mixture in a high-pressure environment, this increases the density of the floor, and produce a wear-resistant and stain-resistant film that closes the pores of the floor, so the floor does  not absorb dirt. After cleaning or maintenance, carbon fiber won't lose, it ensures permanent conductive properties. 

Packing Show:
1. Standard 20ft container can load 12 pallets.
2. One 20ft container can load 4320m 2 (2mm thick) or 3024m 2 (3mm thick) with the matched accessories: adhesive & welding rod.

Installation:
The  conductive PVC floor  should be installed on subfloors that are leveled, smooth, and free of cracks. Residual humidity should be under 2.5% tested with the CM Dumb test. Tiles Floor, adhesive, and installation site should reach a temperature of at least 18ºC at least 24 hours before installation. and paste the tiles with qualified conductive glue below 105 Ohm.
