En10216-2 P195gh 1.0348 Seamless Steel Pipe For Boiler 

EN Specification alloy steel Tubes  are used for high temperature service applications Seamless Alloy Steel Tubes according to  EN 10216-2 Grade P195GH  are reheated and furnished in full annealed , is othermal annealed or normalized quenched and tempered condition .EN 10216-2 Grade P195GH Alloy Steel Seamless Tubes have a typical chemistry with additions of max 0.30 Chromium and max 0.08 Molybdenum. Bearing minimum tensile strength of 320 Mpa and maximum tensile strength 440 Mpa, EN 10216-2 Grade P195GH Tubes have a minimum yield strength of 195 Mpa. .
Manufacture: tubes to EN 10216-2 shall be manufactured by hot formed or cold finished.
Heat Treatment: the tubes shall be supplied in normalized delivery condition.
Inspection & Test: chemistry composition test, tensile test, flattening test, flaring test, NDT, surface inspection and dimension check.
Wall thickness(WT): 2.1mm--20 mm.
Outer diameter (OD): 21 mm--509mm
Length: 5800mm; 6000mm; 10000mm; 11500mm; 11800mm; and so on.
Max length: 18000mm, also U bending can be offered
Ends: Plain End, Beveled End, Treaded .
