The heat treatment of the rock drill impactor parts is done in the Aixelin controlled atmosphere multi-purpose furnace production line. The production line can realize the composite production of various heat treatment processes, such as carburizing + oil cooling/air cooling, carbonitriding + oil cooling/air cooling, surface oxidation-free quenching and tempering and surface oxidation-free high temperature tempering and other processes. The parameter control is accurate and stable. The piston rod heat treated by this production line has the characteristics of high surface hardness, wear resistance, high core toughness, impact fatigue resistance and long service life.

Company uses various testing equipment such as three coordinates, metallographic microscope, lever balance, hardness tester, finish meter, altimeter and spectrometer to strictly test all the parts. Ensure that the dimensions and accuracy of all parts are consistent with the drawings and meet thestrict factory specification requirements.
