General Introduction:

Jelly glue is used for sticking paper, making high quality gift boxes, hardcover books file folders and etc.QY-20 is designed for automatic box-making machine or case-making machine with medium speed of 20~30 pcs/min.

Features of the glue:

Having been heated in water bath, then melting glue of QY-20 has strong flexibility and glutinosity with proper drying rate and lesser consumption,which is able to avoid some box-making problems of deformation, brittleness and bubble.At normal temperature, this product has good stability with no hazard to workers and no corrosion to machine.A cleaning and environment-friendly effect is obtained.
Usage and Notice:
At 40ºC, jelly glue will become soften, which is not affect the performance of product.Gluing cylinder should be pre-heated by hot-water circulation before use.It is suggested that the machine should be set at 70~80ºC,making jelly glue to be melted at about 55~ 65ºC throughout operation.Over 70ºC glutinosity will be reduced and can not recover.Please add appropriate amount of warm water to dilute glue based on various production situations in operation.Please do not mix up this product with other companies' products.It is recommended to have own thermometer to measure glue's temperature in case of errors of machine temperature control system.
