Shipment:
When you make an order, please select a shipping method (China Air Mail Post ,E-packet, EMS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)and pay for the order including the shipping cost . Once your payment is completed, the items will be sent within 2 days (Items we have in stock ) or 3~10 Days (Customized Or Personalized Items)
Please notice that the shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.
Returns:
We do our best to provide our customers satisfied services.
We will full refund you if you return the items within 7 days for any reason. But, the returned items must be in their original conditions. We will not full refund if the items are damaged or washed or lost when returned. Please notice that the buyer should pay for the the shipping fees when return the items. The buyer can file a claim for the compensation with the logistic companyif the packages are damaged or lost.
We also offer exchange if you have problems of sizes or colors,etc within 15 days. The buyer must return the products in the original conditions and bear the shipiing costs. The buyer should also pay for the costs if any part is required to be replaced. Before returning the items, please check the return address and the logistics method with us. After giving the items to the logistic company, please send us the tracking number. We will repair or exchange them ASAP once we receive the items.
Size Issues:
The sizes are illustrated with specific measurements in the detailed specifications. Please confirm the specifications before placing an order. Normally the allowable differences in the sizes are apporximately 0.5 inch in measurement. Pls contact us directly if the sizes of the products are not suitable for you.
Color Mismatch:
Some other reasons maybe caused differences in color such as color reflection in the background, lighting, monitor, etc. However, if you think that the item received is in wrong color, please contact us to return or refund.
