Product introduction
2A17 aluminum is the first 2××× series alloy to be used in industry. It has high strength and good machinability, but poor corrosion resistance. The 2××× series aluminums are characterized by high hardness, among which the original copper content is the highest, about 3-5%.
Performance advantages of 2A17 aluminum: 1, high temperature resistance, the use temperature can reach 1300ºC.
2. Low thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation performance. When used under the same conditions, the thermal conductivity of aluminum silicate products is lower than other thermal insulation materials by more than 0.30%.
3. Light weight, good stability, flexibility, lightness and elasticity. The dry product is 80~100 ka/m3, and the wet product is 100 ~ 130 ka/m3.
4, the molten metal is not moistened. Has good chemical stability.
5. Good sound absorption and sound insulation performance, and good sound attenuation and sound insulation effect.
6. Good electrical insulation and high dielectric constant: it can be used as high-frequency insulation material.
