Usage

Material

0.8 mm -1.0 mm thickness of stainless steel. (For iron material: 1.0mm - 1.2mm thickness, because it is softer than stainless steel )

1) 201 stainless steel: suitable for indoor use.

2) 304 stainless steel: suitable for outdoor or humid place use.

3) 316 stainless steel: suitable for a coastal place or acidic environment.

Size

1) Custom size. 

2) 660*450*1670mm

 

Surface Treatment

1) 2B surface: conducive to water release and the surface is durable.

2) Polished surface: conducive to water release too, but easy to be scratched.

3) Brushed surface: water is easy to accumulate into the brushed gaps, not durable.

CNC bending machine:

Before production, check whether the processed workpiece is consistent with the production drawing, and use a hydraulic CNC bending machine to bend the workpiece according to the drawing requirements.

Welding process:
First, check whether the component size is consistent with the detailed requirements of the drawing. The corners are flat enough, straight enough, and diagonal.

This product uses spot welding, which requires a melting point of 100% (steel current 35-50V, iron current 40-50V)

Quality inspection requirements for drilling and tapping:

Drilling:
1. When using a hand electric drill to drill the workpiece, the hole should be round, vertical, and not offset.

2. Check whether the holes match with the corresponding screws.

3. No scratches on the surface and no concave holes. 

Tapping:
1. The teeth do not swing when the workpiece is tapped using the tapping machine.

2. Not slippery

3. The surface is not deformed or thorny.
