Features and Function Principle

Pick up the top coupling, turn the mandrel to right in 1/4 Circle(90degree), pull mandrel down to 170mm and the circulating joint up to the lock-closed position, Pick up the mandrel, turn right in 1/4 Circle, up forward the mandrel then open the tool again, turn left in 1/4 circle to lock-open position. Pay attention to not screw off the string when turn in left.
The circulating valve can be connected to top of packer or safety joint. During testing and squeezing operations, the circulating valve automatically moves to the closed position when the tool is set in down hole. A  J-slot of packer also keeps in the locked position. This combination helps to eliminate the need to turn the tubing to close the circulating valve or reset the packer after the tubing has been displaced with cement.
