M7N and M74 mechanical seals are used for chemical centrifugal pumps, Kaiquan pumps, double suction pumps and other pump rotating equipment.



Structural features: single end, wave spring (M7N), multi spring (M74), unbalanced, arbitrary rotation, ear driven mechanical seal. The mechanical seal has simple transmission mode and strong universality. M7N wave spring structure is suitable for high concentration medium with particles or crystals. M74 has simple structure, and the compensation components are pre assembled. This type of mechanical seal is easy to install and has excellent compensation performance. The end load is balanced, and the sealing performance is reliable and stable.



The default design of M7N and M74 is square ear drive. According to the user's feedback, the square ear drive may cause damage to the drive ear and moving ring in case of emergency startup or sudden stop of the equipment under certain working conditions. According to this feedback,GD Seal has improved the design of the transmission ear, forming a new M74R design, changing the transmission ear from square to circular arc, effectively avoiding and reducing the possible damage to the transmission ear and dynamic ring sealing surface caused by emergency startup or sudden stop, and improving its reliability by 70%.
