The Description:

High aluminum bricks according to the amount of aluminum oxide (Al2O3) content of the difference, the current often used 48%, 55%, 60%, 65%, 73%, 75%, 80% and so on.

 

According to the content of 55 or less, it is called clay brick, which is a neutral refractory material, made of bauxite or other materials with high alumina content. With high thermal stability, fire temperature at 1700°C around, used in glass furnace, cement rotary kiln, steel furnace lining. Of course, there are some high-load soft, low creep, low porosity of high-aluminum clay bricks, high-aluminum brick finished products, according to different application needs in the production side of the ratio of raw materials is very important.

 

The high aluminum brick and clay brick is not only the alumina content is not the same, their production process is similar, but in the matching clinker incorporation is higher, can reach 90-95%, the firing temperature is much higher than clay bricks, in the actual test, the first and second high aluminum brick is mostly used in the temperature of 1500-1600°C tunnel kiln, Blast furnace, furnace top, reverberatory furnace, rotary kiln lining and many other furnaces.
