There are two types of transmission:

1.High transmission efficiency
The transmission efficiency of the ball screw transmission system is as high as 90%~98%, which is 2-4 times that of traditional sliding screw systems. It can obtain larger thrust with smaller torque and can also change from linear motion to rotary motion (reversible motion).
2.Smooth movement
The ball screw transmission system is a point contact rolling motion, with low friction resistance, high sensitivity, no shaking during startup, and no crawling phenomenon at low speeds. Therefore, it can accurately control micro feed.
3.High precision
The ball screw transmission system has a relatively small temperature rise during movement, and can pre tighten to eliminate axial clearance and pre stretch the screw rod to compensate for thermal elongation, thus achieving high positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy.
4.High durability
The rolling contact areas of the steel balls are all hardened (HRC58-63) and precision ground. The circulation system process is purely rolling and has relatively little wear, so it has a high service life and accuracy retention.
5.Good synchronization
Due to smooth movement, sensitive response, no obstruction, and no slip, using several identical ball screw traditional systems to simultaneously drive several identical components or devices can achieve good synchronization effect.
6.High reliability
Compared with other transmission machinery and hydraulic transmission, the ball screw transmission system has a low failure rate, and maintenance is also relatively simple. It only requires general lubrication and dust prevention, and can work without lubrication in special occasions.
7.No back gap and high rigidity
The ball screw transmission system adopts a Gothic arch groove shape to achieve optimal contact between the steel ball and the groove for easy operation. If appropriate preload is added to eliminate axial clearance, the ball can have better rigidity, reduce elastic deformation between the ball and the nut, screw, and achieve higher accuracy.
Ball screw maintenance
1,Lubrication
When using the product, lubricating grease must be applied to the ball screw, otherwise it may cause problems such as increased torque and shortened service life of the ball screw. Applying lubricating grease can restrain the temperature rise caused by friction, the decline of mechanical efficiency and the decline of precision caused by wear.
2.Prevent components from slipping off
Due to the small friction coefficient of the ball screw, the nut and screw may slip due to their own weight during installation or disassembly of the product. Please be careful.
3.Do not disassemble the nut yourself
Since the ball screw nut may detach from the screw, the steel ball may detach from the ball circulation system, thereby damaging the rotating components. Therefore, do not disassemble the nut yourself.
If the nut detaches from the lead screw during use, in order to avoid causing greater losses, please do not install it yourself and contact us promptly.
4.Pay attention to installation accuracy
Non concentricity or poor verticality between the ball screw, bearing, guide rail, and nut mounting seat can cause twisting and deformation of the ball screw, resulting in abnormal operation, increased noise, increased vibration, and shortened service life.
