Usage	The structure of desmopressin contained in desmopressin acetate is similar to that of natural arginine vasopressin. The main difference between it and arginine vasopressin is the deamination of cysteine and the substitution of D-arginine for L-arginine. After these structural changes, the clinical dose of desmopressin has a longer action time without the side effects of compression. Studies have shown that coagulation has a significant anti-enuresis effect. This may be because the level of arginine vasopressin in the blood of children at night is increased after taking the drug, which in turn concentrates urine, reduces urine output and intravascular pressure, and makes the bladder. The neck drops and the detrusor muscle contraction decreases.
