Natural gas H2S removal catalyst for refining plant
Desulfurization
is a chemical process for the removal of sulfur from a material. This involves either the removal of sulfur from a molecule (
e.g.
A=S → A:) or the removal of sulfur compounds from a mixture such as biogas, methane and oil refinery streams. These processes are of great industrial and environmental importance as they provide the bulk of sulfur used in industry, sulfur-free compounds that could otherwise not be used in a great number of catalytic processes, and also reduce the release of harmful sulfur compounds into the environment, particularly sulfur dioxide (SO
2
) which leads to acid rain, and hydrogen sulfide (H
2
S) which leads to poison, even death.
Dry desulfurization
system is kind of standard equipment we designed and produced. According to the content of H
2
S in gas, the actual content of gas, the life cycle of absorbent, and other relevant data, we will specially design the system structure for customers. If you have fixed the dimensions and internal structure, we're also able to manufacture it according to your design drawings.
For real-time monitoring the reaction speed of sulfide and the oxygen in air in the process of regeneration, we added temperature monitoring equipment, this can avoid accident fires in the process of regeneration.(When the content of the entered air gets too large, the exothermic reaction will be violent, and the temperature will be above the sulfur's ignition point, which will lead to accidental fires.) Or you can simply get the absorbent outside the tank, and let it regenerate in the air.

Operation conditions and notes
1) Airspeed: 200-1500h-1
2) Temperature: 10-80 centigrade, up to 260 centigrade for MT-3
3) Pressure: Ordinary pressure to 8MPa
4) Humidity: When remove H2S, humidity is as bigger as better, the best is near to saturated steam, but strictly prohibit to bring water to the bed.
5) Operating: It should be replaced by feed gas before operating, and improve the pressure gradually, then move to the normal production.
