The LAKE high-performance mechanical seal washpipe adopts a unique patented design and applies new composite ceramic materials, with longer service life, simpler installation / maintenance and higher reliability. Especially under the working conditions of high temperature, high pressure and high speed, the service life is much longer than that of the traditional packing washpipe. It is suitable for all kinds of top drives and appraised by all customers.

Extended work life up to 2000 hours.

LAKE provides a better and safer solution to the drilling industry, especially at situations of high temperature and/or high pressure of drilling mud, and/or high speed.

Easy Maintenance:
It takes only 10 minutes or less to replace the seal rings.  Which can reduce risk and bring benefits for well drill section.

Flexibility:
The washpipe is customized to fit your specific top drive or swivel at order by providing the make and model of the top drive or swivel, or related interface information.

Temp. & Press.:
The washpipe with patented mechanical seal floating structure design.  Chinese and American invention patents awarded. The main structure is made of high strength stainless steel.
It is corrosion resistant and with stands a high working temperature up to 120 ºC and a high working pressure up to 7,500 psi.

High Performance:
The seal rings made of patented composite ceramic material.

How can I place order? 

A: You can contact us by email about your order details, or place order on line. 


How can I pay you? 
A: After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T (HSBC bank), L/C, D/P, Western Union are the most usual ways we are using. If you want to use other way, please tell me, we can discuss.

What's the order procedure? 
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pr-epaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you. 

How do you take care when your clients received defective products? 
A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.
