BST-EFRS met siliconencoating, brandwerende hydraulische slanghuls gemaakt van gevlochten glasvezelgarens in een flexibel substraat, daarna bekleed met een hoogwaardig siliconenrubber. Het is een zelfdovende thermische beschermhuls. Siliconenrubber op onze brandmouw werpt gesmolten metalen, slakken, lasspatten, elektrische of slijpende vonken en vervuiling af.
Het biedt uitstekende bescherming tegen vlammen op korte termijn en uitstekende isolatieeigenschappen voor hoge temperaturen.  
Bestand tegen hydraulische vloeistoffen, oliën en brandstoffen en kan beschermen tegen gesmolten spatten en vlammen.  
Het wordt voornamelijk gebruikt in staalfabrieken, glas- en keramische industrie, in spoorwegen en op een aantal andere velden, beschermen kabels, draden en slangen met zeer hoge temperaturen.
