1.Technical Feature

2 .  Application Field
(1)  High-concentration sewage treatment, including: rubbish leachate, recharged oilfield extraction water, emulsified oil wastewater, cutting waste fluid, electroplating wastewater, fermentation wastewater, high suspended matter wastewater, water-based paint wastewater.

(2)  Material separation and recycling: Electrophoretic paint recycling, Dye recycling, Protein recycling.

(3)  Food and beverage field: juice, beer, kvass and tea beverage clarification, milk filtration and concentration, vinegar and alcohol sterilization, drinking water emergency treatment.

(4)  Biomedical field: biopharmaceutical components separation, purification and refining of traditional Chinese medicine, active protein extraction, vaccines concentration and active ingredients refining.


3.    Water quality characteristics:
(1) Rubbish leachate is extremely complex, with many types of pollutants and   great harmful  to environment.

(2) The concentration of Rubbish leachate is high and change range is large, chemical oxygen demand (CODcr) from 5000 to 65000mg/l;

(3) Total content of nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen is very high, ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) is from 300 to 2000mg/l, and total nitrogen (TN) is from 1000 to 3000mg/l, very difficult to treat;

(4) The salt content (TDS) is 1500 to 15000mg/l, low efficient to treat by biochemical treatment and also take longer time.
