Monel K500 Thermisches Sprühdraht

Kurze Einführung von Thermal Spray Wire
Monel K500 Thermal-Spritzdraht hat etwa die doppelte Zugfestigkeit und die dreifache Streckgrenze von Alloy 400. Die Stärke des Monel K500 wird auf 1200 Grad Fahrenheit gehalten, bleibt aber duktil und zäh bis zu Temperaturen von -400 Grad Fahrenheit. Die Legierung K-500 bleibt auch nicht-magnetisch bis -200 Grad Fahrenheit.
Im Vergleich zu Monel 400 thermischer Sprühdraht, Monel K500 thermischer Sprühdraht hat mehr gute mechanische Eigenschaften, Härte, Korrosionsbeständigkeit Leistung und langfristige Stabilität.
