Product  introduction

PENNBAND is a kind flexible, colorful, special shape plastic sheet based on premium grade polyvinyl chloride(PVC)resin and other mixtures, formed through the unique design and advanced extruding produce technology, takes excellent durability and corrosion resistance performance, widely used in various joints of construction structures for anit-seepage and anti-leakage. 

Application   

PENNBAND widely used in any grades of construction design, typically used in water retaining and excluding structures, such as reservoirs, sewage tanks, dams, pools, basements, subway, tunnels retaining walls, etc..

Storage

Supply in 20m / rolls, packed into woven or plastic bags;
Stored on horizontal position to prevent damage in a clean dry location. And cover as necessary to protect rolls from environmental damage, heat, cold or moisture etc..
Product does not expire if correctly stored.

 Installation & Attentions   

In the process of pouring and burying, the concrete interface should be made to be flat, and the joint part should be bonded and fastened. During the process of pouring, the concrete   should be fully compacted with proper force so as to make it well combined with concrete, so as to obtain the best water stopping effect.

    a. During the process of construction, the operator should pay attention to avoid mechanical damage to the PENNBAND because there are many sharp stones and steel bars in the concrete;
    b.When fixed PENNBAND, should be jointed with concrete interface smoothly, and avoid PENNBAND flipping and twisting etc. phenomenons, or will be adjusted in time.  
    c.When poured mortar and fixed, should avoid the move of PENNBAND, or  waterproofing effect will be affected.
    d.The joint of PENNBAND, can be bonded or hot-air welded together, so as to ensure the joint should be firm.
    e. In the process of pouring concrete, should be paid attention to be tamped fully, to achieve the full combination between PENNBAND and concrete.
