Rubber waterstop, made of quality EPDM, neoprene rubber or natural rubber, has been used extensively on projects throughout the world to prevent liquid leaking in or out. Commonly, designed to be cast in the concrete, rubber waterstop is idealfor applications where high physical properties of rubber are required.for example, reservoirs, dams and other water retaining or excluding applications with high movements or water pressure.

Rubber Waterstop Classification

Based on using position, rubber waterstop can be classified into buried waterstop and back stick waterstop. According to its appearance, buried waterstop can be classified into CB type and CP type. CB type with holes in the middle, while CP type with no holes in the middle. Back stick waterstop also can be classified into two types: EB type and EP type. EB type refers to the waterstop with holes in the middle, while EP type refers to the waterstop with no holes in the middle. Adding steel plate on each side of the rubber waterstop, then steel edged rubber waterstop is produced.
