Product Introduction

C JL-1  is mainly suitable for tunneling and construction operations in  metal mines, hydropower underground roadways, culverts and other fields, especially for drilling and blasting holes and drilling bolt holes in narrow  roadways. The equipment adopts hydraulic rock drilling system with advanced  system, fast rock drilling speed and high working efficiency; the whole machine
is compact in structure, flexible in maneuverability, and convenient to work in a  small space, with a maximum operating area of 18 m2.

FEATURES OF PRODUCTS:

Rock drill
The imported rock drill has the characteristics of super anti-tilting ability,
high drilling speed and low drilling tool loss, which effectively improves the
adaptability of the tunnel side hole.

Thruster
Light aluminum alloy beam, high-efficiency anti-bending, anti-torsion
and anti-fatigue performance, long service life. Unique single-layer hose reel,
with reliable hose clamp structure, good hose tensioning performance,
effectively extending hose life and reducing maintenance strength;

Drill boom
The retractable drill arm is maintained in all directions in parallel, and the
positioning is rapid and accurate; the square structure is of high strength and
good shock absorption performance;

Hydraulic system
The rock drilling operation adopts hydraulic direct control, and the
auxiliary actions such as outriggers and lighting adopt electronic control design.
The pipeline is streamlined and easy to maintain; the drilling system has the
functions of anti-sticking, anti-air strike and automatic retreat, which
effectively improves the drilling efficiency. Reduce drilling tool wear;
