UHP graphite electrode   is composed of asphalt binder and needle coke. Because of the needle coke, the surface will be uneven after polishing.  

1.Divided packing

The electrodes and nipples are packaged separately and shipped

2.Pre-connected packing

The nipples have been pre- instalied with electrode one end,and packaged shipment.

The main purpose of packing:To protect the electrode from damaging during the storage and transportation, especially of the screw parts.

1.What's the minimum order quantity?
   18-20tons, one 20' fcl.

2.What information should I let you know if i want to get a quotation?
    The required material dimension (diameter*length;  if possible, please kindly supply us drawings). If it is possible, please also provide the application of products, we will recommend the most suitable products with details for confirmation.

3.How can you control your quality?
   For each production process, we have a complete chemical composition and physical properties of the quality control system. After production is completed, all goods will be tested and the certificate of qualification will be sent with the goods.

4. What is your payment service?
   Accepted Delivery Terms: FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW;
   Accepted Payment Currency: USD, EUR, CNY;
   Accepted Payment Type: T/T, 100% L/C at sight.

5.What about the lead time for mass product?
   The lead time is based on the quantity, about 15-40 days. For graphite product, apply Dual-use items license need about 15-20 working days.
