Zinc Coated Steel Welded Mesh Defensive Barrier-Explosion-proof Wall
Explosion-proof Wall   is also named sand cage, sand bag, welded gabion box, bastion barrier, Defensive barrier  etc. It is a prefabricated, multi-cellularsystem, made of zinc coated steel welded mesh and lined with non-woven geotextile. Units can be extended and joined using the provided joining pins. It is easily installed using minimal manpower and commonly available equipment. After extended, it is filled into sand, stone, then hesco barrier like a defence barrier wall or bunker, it is widely used for fortification and flood control.


Defensive Barrier- Explosion-proof Wall  , as its name indicated, at the beginning, it mainly used on Milita ry, for protection, fortifications, Anti-Explosion Wall and etc. It is made of Collapsible Welded Gabion Mesh and UV Protection Heavy Geotextile, The common surface treatment is Hot Dipped Galvanized before welding, HDP Galvanized after welding, and Galfan Coated. Both of them have a long using life. It has seen considerable use in Iraq, Afghanistan and Africa.

  • Open the bundles and unfold the gabion box on the hard and flat surface.
  • Lift the side panels, end panels and the diaphragms of gabion box into vertical position.
  • Attach the side panel and the diaphragms together firmly with the lacing wire.
  • Attach the lids onto the cages.
  • Filling the gabion box with stones, soils and other filling materials.
  • Cover the lids of gabion box and fasten the lid to the gabion box subject firmly and securely by lacing wire.

The hesco bastion is a multi-cellular barrier system manufactured from welded zinc-aluminum coated steel   wire mesh and joined with vertical, helical-coil joints.
