Siliconen nitride thermokoppelbeschermingsbuis die gewoonlijk wordt gemaakt door CIP (koude isostatische persen) / RB (reactie-gebonden) , beide hebben een uitstekende slijtvastheid en corrosiebestendigheid en kan worden gebruikt onder 1400°C.
