Scope of application:
Ol-6 is a dual functional polysulfide organosilane coupling agent which has been successfully used in rubber and plastic industry.
Ol-6 is suitable for vulcanized rubber system with silica, glass fiber, talc, mica, clay and other fillers as reinforcing agents. It can improve the reinforcing ability of fillers and increase the wear resistance of rubber.
Ol-6 as rubber additives - vulcanizing agent, active agent, applicable rubber types including NR, NBR, SBR, IR, BR, EPDM and so on and their compound. In the vulcanization process, the cross-linking speed of its tetrathioalkyl group is basically the same as the sulfur reversion speed in sulfur vulcanization, which plays the role of anti-vulcanization reversion, so as to improve the dynamic bending properties of rubber, such as heating and crack elongation, and the 4 S atoms can also play the role of promoting vulcanization.
Ol-6 can be used for making products under dynamic and static working conditions, such as tires, rubber pipes, cots, tape, cable insulation and coating materials, shoes and mechanical casting products, etc., can improve their wear resistance, cutting resistance and pressure resistance; Reduce hysteresis and water absorption; Improve its mechanical properties, bonding properties; Enhance its thermal aging performance, modulus and flexural life.
Recommended usage : 1.0-4.0 PHR.

Storage: The container should be sealed after opening to prevent water vapor from entering and hydrolyzing. Stored IN THE original unopened container at ROOM temperature, the shelf life of this product is one year from the date of production.
