Q1: What to do for specific color requirements from our company?

A: We offfer customers inks in specific color or ink with specific characteristics sometimes, like drying speed, smell, resistance to fading, gloss. Please send us detailed ink sample or pantone no# so that we can produce carefully for you.


Q2:  How to storage offset printing ink?

A: The ideal process and storage temperature for offset inks is between 18ºC-25ºC. If the offset inks are too high in viscosity due to storing at low temperatures problems may occur by insufficient flow in the duct and picking at sensitive stocks. If the inks will be processed in higher temperatures, so because of low viscosity misting, ink/water problems or high sot gain may occur.
The ink cans have to be stored vertically standing under exclusion of daylight.

 
Q3:  Can I get the sample?

A: We are very glad to provide some free sample for you to test. We usually provide 1 set ink 4kg(1kg/can) for free, but sincerely hope to get your kind support for the air courier freight.  This cost can be returned  to you in your first orde .
